One key requirement outlined in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is maintaining a confidential and anonymous reporting system, which Farm Credit Midsouth has done with the help of our business associate, NAVEX Global, Inc./EthicsPoint. This allows business partners, employees, vendors and customers to anonymously and confidentially report complaints regarding audit related matters, accounting, or internal accounting.
This system of accountability helps foster integrity and a strong code of ethics in our workplace. NAVEX Global, Inc./EthicsPoint has created a system that ensures those that file a report remain anonymous, unless that person chooses to identify themselves.
